New internship available in Chile, Pucon!
Our restaurant employs one of the best Chef's in South America (trained in 2 star Michelin European Restaurants) and offers fresh, high quality and innovative food directly from our own farm. We follow the farm to table concept with daily different and fresh menus and exclusive products from our own Cheese dairy (Grana, Gruyere, Camembert, Brie, Roquefort, etc), own meat production and our fresh vegetable gardens. We are looking for young, dynamic and versatile candidates who have a passion for service excellence and want to be part of a great team. The candidate will get an indepth training (both onsite as well as access to video training) and will gain a profound knowledge in the different aspects and requirements of our restaurant.
We can offer you a very warm and positive working environment with many great experiences. Our guests are very demanding but alsovery interesting and fun to be with. Our guest mix is 60% Americans, 10% Brazilians, 10% Chileans and the rest are Europeans and Australians. We have made a huge investment in attracting some of the best staff in South America. We have one of the best known Chefs (who has worked in South America and Europe in 1 and 2* Michelin Restaurants) and a very young Maitre from a 3* Michelin Restaurant in France (he is from Belgium).
We believe that the candidate would both enjoy and benefit working with us while at the same time experience the breathtaking beauty of the landscape around Pucón (with Volcanos, 1000year old monkey trees, lagoons, lakes, rivers, etc).
